Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and executing data migration plans for laboratory and ambulatory practice clients.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using SQL and Python scripts.
- Validate data integrity and perform quality checks against HL7/FHIR specifications.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot migration issues and optimize performance.
- Document migration processes, create runbooks, and maintain version control.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with ETL tools or scripting (Python preferred).
- Basic understanding of healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
