Site Engineer with 6–10 years of experience in industrial roofing and cladding, specializing in steel sheeting, Rockwool, and PUF panel installation. Proven track record in supervising site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day site activities and manage onsite manpower for steel roofing, wall cladding, Rockwool, and PUF panel installations.
- Execute and oversee all phases of steel sheeting and cladding works, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project teams to resolve issues and maintain project schedules.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, including work status, material usage, and safety observations.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of hands‑on experience in industrial roofing and cladding projects.
- Strong knowledge of steel sheeting, Rockwool, and PUF panel installation techniques.
- Proven ability to supervise site teams, manage project timelines, and enforce safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in preparing progress reports and maintaining project documentation.
