QA Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans for jigs, tooling, and measurement equipment to verify functional and performance specifications.
- Design and maintain automated test scripts using Python, C++, and LabVIEW to increase test coverage and reduce cycle time.
- Analyze test data, perform statistical analysis, and generate detailed reports highlighting defects, trends, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and calibration teams to resolve issues and improve product robustness.
- Maintain test hardware, calibration records, and ensure compliance with metrology standards and QA procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in QA or test engineering for precision tools, fixtures, or measurement systems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and LabVIEW for test development and data acquisition.
- Strong understanding of metrology principles, calibration processes, and statistical analysis methods.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
