Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience developing large Java/J2EE applications, preferably in the banking domain.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing end‑to‑end project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
