About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Java/J2EE developers in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful web services with Spring Boot.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions that meet business requirements.
- Define and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Java development experience with deep knowledge of J2EE and Spring Boot.
- Proven track record designing and delivering RESTful APIs at scale.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD, unit testing, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
