About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, update, and refine a full‑stack Java curriculum covering core concepts and modern frameworks.
- Deliver engaging in‑person and online training sessions, ensuring clear communication of complex topics.
- Mentor students through building dynamic web applications, RESTful APIs, and database interactions.
- Assess learner progress via coding challenges, lab exercises, and mock interview sessions.
- Provide one‑on‑one coaching to resolve doubts and reinforce learning.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and full‑stack development (frontend and backend).
- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, with a passion for mentoring.
