About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1, L2, and L3 technical support for production Java applications, ensuring rapid incident resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot backend and mobile platform defects, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing preventive fixes.
- Maintain, optimize, and extend backend services built with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Monitor application performance, logs, crashes, and service availability, collaborating with operations for issue triage and prioritization.
- Document solutions, update knowledge bases, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot development.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with L1–L3 support processes.
- Knowledge of application performance monitoring and log analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
