Java Full Stack Developer responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, coding new features, performing code reviews, and ensuring software quality using Java, Spring, and modern web technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead design discussions, create architecture diagrams, and record design decisions to guide development teams.
- Develop, test, and integrate new features and enhancements in Java‑based back‑ends and JavaScript front‑ends while maintaining system stability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, manage code repositories, and enforce best‑practice coding standards.
- Design and execute test strategies, analyze outcomes, and coordinate bug‑fix cycles to ensure high‑quality releases.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring framework for building RESTful services.
- Solid experience with front‑end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (frameworks like Angular or React a plus).
- Hands‑on experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and test‑driven development.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
