Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML and GenAI solutions on cloud‑native Java platforms, driving scalable microservices, data pipelines, and intelligent automation across enterprise ecosystems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop AI/ML and GenAI services (NLP, RAG, copilots) using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices patterns.
- Design end‑to‑end data and AI platforms, integrating Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, and data lake solutions.
- Implement cloud‑native deployments on AWS/Azure with Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Lead CI/CD pipelines, automate testing, and enforce DevOps best practices.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams, influencing architectural decisions and fostering a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Java development experience with deep expertise in Spring Boot and microservices.
- Proven track record in building AI/ML and GenAI solutions for enterprise platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience with Big Data ecosystems: Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, and data lake architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
