Software Engineer
Provide technical support and UI enhancements for Japanese users on analytics platforms such as Palantir, Celonis, Tableau, and Power BI, while assisting with new development projects and data‑structure tasks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Modify and improve user interfaces for analytics platforms including Palantir, Celonis, Tableau, and Power BI to meet Japanese staff requirements.
- Develop and maintain analytics tools and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on new development projects, providing technical guidance and implementation support.
- Interpret and manipulate data structures to support reporting and analytical workflows.
- Provide bilingual (Japanese/English) technical assistance, troubleshooting issues and delivering training as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience with analytics platforms such as Palantir, Celonis, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data structures and ability to work with relational data sources.
- Experience in UI development or customization for enterprise applications.
- Fluent Japanese language skills (reading, writing, speaking) combined with strong English communication.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting project deadlines.
