Software Engineer
Lead the secure, cloud‑first infrastructure and workplace technology stack for a fast‑paced call centre, driving reliability, continuous improvement and change management across 200 users.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, deployment and maintenance of cloud‑based infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability for 200+ users.
- Implement and manage security controls, monitoring, and incident response across all platforms.
- Lead telephony and workplace technology initiatives, including VoIP, collaboration tools and endpoint management.
- Drive continuous improvement projects, automating processes and optimizing cost and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business change initiatives and technology adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or equivalent).
- Strong background in IT security, network design and telephony systems.
- Hands‑on experience with workplace technology stacks (Microsoft 365, Teams, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA, ITIL) are a plus.
