Software Engineer
IT Workday Specialist responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday HCM modules, integrations, and reporting to support HR processes and data analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent, and Payroll.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts to meet business analytics needs.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
- Provide second‑level support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and data integrity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Workday configuration and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, reporting, and security model.
- Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages for data extraction and validation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Relevant Workday certification (e.g., HCM, Integration) is a plus.
