Position Summary; Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cisco VoIP telecommunications analyst to design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise voice and unified communications systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Cisco collaboration technologies, VoIP infrastructure, SIP protocols, and network troubleshooting in enterprise environments. The telecommunications analyst will work closely with network, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and secure voice communications across the organization.
Qualifications
BS degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical field. Must have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in network support or a closely related area. Design, configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco VoIP and Unified Communications systems Administer, troubleshoot, and support CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, UCCX, Cisco IM & Presence, and Cisco Expressway. Configure and troubleshoot protocols (SIP, SCCP, H.323) and voice gateways. Manage complex dial plans, route patterns, partitions, CSS, and call routing. Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot call quality issues to ensure a seamless user experience. Execute system upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery procedures. Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures. Provides hands-on technical support and guidance to end-users. Proven experience with data/telecommunications equipment, business productivity applications, and a strong history of continued education/learning. Exceptional customer service focuses on highly proficient oral and written communication skills. Ability to rely on limited experience and judgment to successfully plan, accomplish a variety of tasks and meet organizational goals. Must be emotionally and physically able to perform essential job responsibilities. Excels at meeting time-driven deadlines while executing instructions accurately under general supervision. Leverages creative problem-solving and teamwork to optimize processes and expand upon job responsibilities
