About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT service management processes using SAP Solution Manager and ITIL frameworks.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT service management, preferably within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and networking fundamentals.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering large‑scale initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Hands‑on troubleshooting experience across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
