About the Role
HighRadius is looking for a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join their team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in IT operations, focusing on system administration and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers (Linux and Windows), networking devices, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Configure and troubleshoot network services like firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, WSUS, Intune, and Office 365.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and performance through regular monitoring, patching, and updates.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to resolve technical issues and support business operations.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in IT Systems Engineering or a similar role.
- Strong experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Proficient in network administration, including firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, WSUS, Intune, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with scripting and automation is a plus.
