About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated infrastructure using Ansible, PowerShell, and bash scripts to improve system efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Architect and implement secure, scalable solutions that meet enterprise performance and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new services, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize existing workflows.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of automation pipelines.
- Document architecture, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or DevOps roles.
- Proficiency with Ansible, PowerShell, and bash scripting for automation.
- Strong understanding of security principles, network architecture, and cloud or on‑prem infrastructure.
- Experience designing scalable, high‑availability systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
