Software Engineer
Lead the technical backbone of a cutting‑edge AI‑native care platform, managing Windows/Linux infrastructure, Active Directory, Azure services, and network operations to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable support for family caregivers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance for the AI‑native care platform.
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and related identity services, managing user accounts, group policies, and security compliance.
- Monitor and resolve network issues, including routing, firewall, and VPN connectivity, to support remote caregivers and staff.
- Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions to safeguard critical data and services.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to deploy updates, patches, and new features with minimal downtime.
- Document processes, create knowledge base articles, and provide tier‑2 support to end users.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or support roles.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux distributions, and Azure cloud services.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, group policies, and network protocols.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and backup solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication, and a customer‑centric mindset.
