Software Engineer
Senior engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across Windows and Linux environments using virtualization and networking best practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Windows Server and Linux systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Configure and maintain virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud services to support business applications.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely support to end users.
- Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions to guarantee data integrity and uptime.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support and systems administration.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and backup solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
