Software Engineer
IT Systems Analyst responsible for maintaining and optimizing enterprise Windows environments, managing databases, providing Tier‑2 support, and implementing ITIL‑based processes to ensure reliable service delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL databases and related reporting tools.
- Provide Tier‑2 technical support, troubleshoot network and system issues, and resolve incidents within SLA targets.
- Automate routine tasks and system configurations using PowerShell scripting.
- Implement and improve ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate, test, and deploy new technologies and upgrades.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and Active Directory management.
- Strong SQL query writing and database administration skills.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Working knowledge of ITIL framework and experience in a service‑oriented environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
