Entry‑level IT Systems Analyst supporting enterprise finance, procurement and asset maintenance platforms, leveraging SQL, SAP and ERP tools while applying ITIL best practices and business analysis techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for enterprise IT systems used in finance, procurement, and asset maintenance.
- Analyze system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to meet business data‑request needs.
- Assist in configuration, testing, and rollout of SAP/ERP enhancements and upgrades.
- Document processes, create knowledge‑base articles, and ensure compliance with ITIL service‑management standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL and experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Understanding of ITIL service‑management concepts and incident‑resolution workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.
