About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access controls across the organization.
- Deploy and update antivirus, anti‑malware, and endpoint protection solutions, monitoring for threats and responding to incidents.
- Implement backup and recovery strategies, performing regular tests to guarantee data integrity.
- Collaborate with IT staff to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain clear, user‑friendly documentation and training materials for system usage and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Proven experience administering Windows Server and Linux systems in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, network security fundamentals, and backup technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with antivirus and endpoint protection platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
