About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support to internal users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues on Windows and Linux workstations.
- Assist with user account management, including Active Directory and Office 365 provisioning.
- Support VPN and remote access solutions to ensure secure connectivity for remote employees.
- Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge‑base articles to improve support efficiency.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree program.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Motivation to learn and adapt to evolving security and IT infrastructure technologies.
