Systems Engineer
Provide primary end‑user support for a 90‑person organization, handling service requests via Salesforce, troubleshooting O365, Windows, hardware, Infor Visual Manufacturing, networking, and printing issues while assisting with server tasks and IT projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for end‑users, resolving tickets logged in Salesforce Cases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and hardware peripherals.
- Support Infor Visual Manufacturing (MRP) application, including user access and functional problems.
- Maintain phone systems, printers, and network connectivity for the entire organization.
- Assist with basic server administration tasks and contribute to ongoing IT projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in desktop support or systems analysis.
- Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Office suite, and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Infor Visual Manufacturing or similar MRP systems.
- Experience using Salesforce Service Cloud for ticket management.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and basic server administration.
