About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day IT support operations, managing a team of technicians to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and maintain ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management, to improve service quality.
- Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network infrastructure, ensuring uptime and security compliance.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support production, quality control, and logistics systems.
- Develop and deliver training materials for end‑users, promoting self‑service and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT support or helpdesk management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent process‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
