About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for end‑users across offices, warehouses and remote locations, resolving hardware, software and network issues.
- Manage device lifecycle: provisioning, configuration, patching and decommissioning for Windows and Linux workstations.
- Administer user accounts, group policies and access controls in Active Directory, including VPN and remote‑access setups.
- Support warehouse technology stack, ensuring uptime for inventory, barcode scanners and logistics software.
- Document incidents, solutions and best practices in the internal knowledge base.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Experience managing Active Directory, VPNs and remote‑access solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
