Systems Engineer
IT Support Engineer delivering end‑user support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and basic network infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑focused skills required.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and business applications.
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, VPN, LAN/Wi‑Fi, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and group policy updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Windows desktop support and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Knowledge of VPN, LAN/Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory administration.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple support tickets.
