Systems Engineer
Provide tier‑1/2 technical support for identity and access solutions across the EMEA region, troubleshooting Windows, Linux and network issues while automating tasks with PowerShell and ensuring seamless Single Sign‑On experiences.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, high‑quality support for authentication, SSO and identity management incidents across EMEA customers.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows Server, Linux, and network connectivity problems affecting access services.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory, LDAP and related directory services.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve incident response times.
- Document resolutions, create knowledge‑base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably with identity‑focused products.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple time zones in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
