About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues for hospitality clients.
- Implement and maintain security controls in line with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deploy scalable IT solutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps, create knowledge base articles, and train junior staff.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support, preferably in hospitality or similar sectors.
- Proficient with Windows Server, Linux distributions, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong understanding of security best practices and experience with ISO27001 implementation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
