IT Support Engineer delivering end‑to‑end technical support for servers, networks, desktops, phone systems, broadband, email, web hosting and cloud services, ensuring rapid resolution and high customer satisfaction.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and log support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitor and respond to emails and support tickets in a timely manner.
- Process and resolve technical requests across servers, networks, desktops, phone systems, broadband, email, web hosting, domain management and cloud services.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software, performing routine updates and patches.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, VPNs, firewalls, and routing.
- Hands‑on experience with email platforms (Exchange, Office 365) and web hosting/cloud services.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team environment.
