About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve software and OS‑level issues across a Windows environment.
- Assist with network connectivity problems, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, and LAN.
- Perform basic Active Directory tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, and user provisioning.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, managing equipment setup and decommissioning.
- Log, track, and manage all support requests in the ticketing system (ServiceNow or Jira Service Management).
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and knowledge base articles accurately.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and common application errors.
- Experience with Active Directory and basic user account management.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and concepts (Wi‑Fi, VPN, LAN).
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
