Systems Engineer
IT Support Engineer responsible for delivering technical assistance to a global workforce, managing Windows, macOS and Linux environments, troubleshooting network and Active Directory issues, and maintaining ticketing systems using ServiceNow.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for end‑users across 10 global locations, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux workstations, including OS upgrades and patch management.
- Administer Active Directory accounts, group policies, and permissions, ensuring secure access for all users.
- Utilize ServiceNow to log, track, and close tickets, maintaining accurate documentation and SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements and support new technology rollouts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
