Job Summary: We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Windows imaging, deployment, and desktop support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for OS imaging, device provisioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth deployment of Windows-based systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Windows OS imaging, re-imaging, and deployment for desktops/laptops.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows images using deployment tools.
- Support hardware provisioning, device setup, and configuration activities.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, applications, and security patches.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform laptop/desktop build activities including BIOS configuration, driver updates, and application installation.
- Support Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM/MECM, or other endpoint management tools.
- Manage user account setup, software installations, and system configurations.
- Follow imaging standards, documentation, and deployment processes.
- Provide L1/L2 desktop support and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Maintain asset records and support IT hardware lifecycle activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / EUC roles.
- Strong experience with Windows 10/11 installation, imaging, and troubleshooting.
Pay: £100.00-£150.00 per month
