Systems Engineer
Provide first‑line technical support for Windows and Office 365 environments, manage user accounts, resolve network issues, and maintain documentation for a fast‑growing ICT team.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely first‑line support for Windows desktops, laptops, and server infrastructure.
- Manage user provisioning, password resets, and group policy changes in Active Directory and Office 365.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN, and printer issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles and support documentation.
- Assist with hardware procurement, imaging, and deployment for new employees.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a corporate IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with help‑desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
