Systems Engineer
Provide onsite and remote technical support for Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure, handling hardware, software, and user account issues while coordinating with vendors and ensuring system security.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices such as printers and scanners.
- Deliver onsite and remote support, diagnosing hardware and software problems and performing system health checks.
- Manage operating system deployments, driver updates, and Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Office) installations.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Handle user account administration, password resets, and Active Directory management.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty service, parts replacement, and escalated issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with Active Directory user and group management.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365) are a plus.
