About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and Microsoft 365 applications to end users.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on‑site.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
- Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge‑base articles to improve support efficiency.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement patches, updates, and security controls.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent early‑career experience.
- Foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Australian citizenship with ability to obtain required security clearance.
- Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work effectively in an on‑site environment.
