Systems Engineer
Provide first‑line support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware and software issues, manage network connectivity, install and update Windows OS and applications, and maintain IT asset inventory.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide first‑level support for LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Assist users with login issues, printer setups, and general IT queries.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and support hardware replacements or upgrades.
- Document support activities and appropriately escalated complex issues.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common software applications.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware components and peripheral devices.
- Basic networking skills, including LAN/Wi‑Fi configuration.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to document procedures and maintain accurate records.
