IT Support Engineer responsible for on‑site support of corporate users, managing Windows environments, Active Directory, and network infrastructure while delivering exceptional customer service and troubleshooting solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support to corporate users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account administration.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support network connectivity, VPN, and remote access solutions.
- Document incidents, solutions, and best practices in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security patches, updates, and system upgrades.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated support team.
