Systems Engineer
Provide end‑user support for laptops, systems, and network issues, managing onboarding, offboarding, and asset lifecycle while resolving tickets efficiently using networking and hardware expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and set up laptops and systems for new joiners.
- Manage IT asset handover and collection during onboarding and exit processes.
- Handle, troubleshoot, and close user support tickets within defined timelines.
- Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues as required and follow up to ensure closure.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, hardware, and operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management.
