Systems Engineer
Provide first‑line technical support for Windows and Office 365 environments, resolve tickets, and assist end‑users with hardware, software, and networking issues in a fast‑paced MSP setting.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, remote and on‑site support for Windows workstations, servers, and Office 365 services.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Log, prioritize, and resolve incidents using the company ticketing platform, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot networking issues, including LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN, and Wi‑Fi problems.
- Assist with hardware provisioning, imaging, and lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role within a managed services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
- Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise).
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
