Level‑2 IT Support Engineer providing second‑line desktop, Office 365 and Windows Server assistance, handling migrations, upgrades and project tasks for a multi‑site laboratory environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver second‑line troubleshooting for Windows workstations, Office 365 applications, and peripheral devices.
- Maintain and administer Windows Server services, Active Directory accounts, and group policies.
- Support network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
- Assist with system migrations, software rollouts, and hardware refresh projects across the Americas region.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures in the ticketing system.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Windows desktop and server support.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience using PowerShell for automation and routine tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
