Systems Engineer
Senior IT Support Engineer responsible for maintaining Windows and Linux environments, managing Active Directory, troubleshooting network issues, and automating tasks with PowerShell. About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑2/3 support for Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, storage, and virtualization issues.
- Automate routine tasks and deployments using PowerShell scripts and configuration management tools.
- Collaborate with security and operations teams to implement best practices and incident response procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on IT support experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux distributions, and networking protocols.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
