About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues across the organization.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, application software, drivers, and security patches.
- Manage antivirus solutions, ensuring timely updates and compliance with security policies.
- Provide timely resolution of hardware, software, and operating system incidents, escalating when necessary.
- Document support procedures and maintain accurate inventory of IT assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
- Hands‑on experience with antivirus and endpoint security tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
