Systems Engineer
Provide end‑user support for Windows environments, resolving software, network, and AD issues while managing incidents in ServiceNow or Jira Service Management. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and onboarding/offboarding skills required.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve software and OS‑level issues on Windows workstations and servers.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, and LAN.
- Perform Active Directory tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, and user provisioning.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and decommissioning.
- Log, track, and manage all support requests in ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting Windows environments and troubleshooting common software issues.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Active Directory and user account management.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to document solutions clearly.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and connectivity troubleshooting.
