Systems Engineer
Proactive IT Support Engineer responsible for end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, and rapid resolution of technical issues to keep staff productivity high.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and de‑provision user accounts, devices, and software for onboarding and offboarding.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, Azure resources, and Active Directory, including licensing and role‑based access.
- Deliver IT orientation and training sessions for new hires.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows environments.
- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripts and maintain documentation of processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Experience with IT Service Management tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
