About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users across Windows and Linux platforms.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory.
- Implement and maintain remote support tools, monitoring solutions, and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Document troubleshooting steps, create knowledge base articles, and provide training to staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux distributions, and networking fundamentals.
- Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, group policy, and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
