About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line support via phone, email, and in‑person for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
- Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and security settings.
- Diagnose and resolve network, connectivity, and application issues.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software, including asset tracking.
- Document solutions in the knowledge base and provide user training.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team across multiple time zones.
