Key Responsibilities
- Handle first and second level support tickets for Windows and Linux environments.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
- Utilize remote support tools to troubleshoot client systems.
- Document solutions and update knowledge base.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
