Systems Engineer
Lead IT support operations while driving robust quality assurance practices for software and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, rapid incident resolution, and continuous improvement through automated and manual testing.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IT support team to deliver high‑availability services and rapid incident resolution.
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for new releases and infrastructure changes.
- Identify root causes of defects, propose solutions, and collaborate with development to implement fixes.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to accelerate regression testing.
- Document test results, incidents, and best‑practice guidelines for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support and quality assurance roles.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and incident‑management processes.
- Hands‑on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, or similar).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
