Systems Engineer
IT Support & Network Analyst responsible for managing complex network infrastructures, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and maintaining security across LAN, WAN, and cloud environments using TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end support for enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations.
- Diagnose and resolve TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing issues to maintain high availability.
- Implement and manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) to support virtual network services.
- Monitor network performance, analyze logs, and recommend optimizations for throughput and security.
- Collaborate with system administrators to integrate network changes with Windows and Linux servers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering and support.
- Hands‑on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V) and Windows/Linux server environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on uptime and security.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
