Systems Engineer
Provide tier‑1/2 technical support and Microsoft 365 administration for SME clients, handling on‑site and remote issues, managing infrastructure, and delivering projects across networking, VOIP, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first‑ and second‑line support for Windows desktops, servers, and Microsoft 365 services, both remotely and on‑site.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online environments.
- Implement and support VOIP, broadband, and networking solutions, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Develop and run PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and bulk user management.
- Participate in client projects, migrations, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and clear documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Windows Server administration.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online.
- Hands‑on experience with VOIP systems and networking hardware.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a remote/on‑site team.
